Network cameras are great for watching your pets. I setup one up recently that will notify me when my dog jumps on the couch (I setup a motion detection window in the camera that watches for movement on the couch
) It worked pretty good!

Panasonic makes a great camera. I’m hoping they will expand their network camera product line soon.
