Rare and cool (and geeky) goodness: The Space Invaders Watch

We occasionally will indulge ourselves with interesting and rare geek toys we find while perusing the web, and this is one of those stories.

For those of you who spent entirely too much time and money in video arcades in the early 80’s, they will remember Space Invaders fondly. This watch would make the perfect gift for just such a old-school geek. It’s difficult to find, as only 500 were originally produced in the first run of production.

It includes a cool little graphics display from the original video game on the watch face, as you can see, along with a case with the game’s logo on it.
