Elegant Candlelight, minus the candle: The Handheld Flameless Lantern
This is designed to be an old-fashioned style lamp, minus the “candle” usually present in lamps like this. It “flickers” realistically like a real candle, and looks pretty good if you appreciate the style of it.
It’s much safer in terms of design, but in some ways…a candle has a certain pleasant scent and appearance something like this cannot replace. Sometimes a nice vanilla scented candle can cure what ails us. But this can be a nice, safe substitute.
It can either use a built-in timer that turns off 5 hours after being turned on, or you can use a simple on/off switch to manually control the lamp. It uses 3 AA batteries to power it up, so it’s completely cordless. It includes a frosted glass shade, a bronze base and is 8″ tall.
