“Tack”-y Inventions: The Thumb Tack Microphone
Recording things is sometimes pretty handy, especially when the microphone is tiny and portable, such as these little jewels, the Thumb Tack Microphone. Recording lectures or whatever you need to is a snap with these.
The Thumb Tack microphone will hook up to and work with both the iPod Nano and the iPod Touch. The makers recommend you update to the latest firmware before plugging these in, however.
The plug itself is made of gold-plating to create a solid connection for best quality. It will work fine with many applications and best of all, it’s fairly inexpensive too.The makers claim very high quality sound recording with these, which is nice considering its small size.
You can get it in 3 different colors: red, white or black, and it retails for a paltry $12.99.
