The Power of Water: The Hydrokinetic Adjustable Wrench

ba14_hydrokinetic_adjustable_wrench_renderAdjustable wrenches have been around since the dawn of time, it seems; my father had one, and his father had one. They typically adjust by turning a little wheel and moving the wrench part, but its hard to get it exactly where you want it. This new fangled Hydrokinetic Wrench adjusts in a much easier way.  The wrench has a little chamber of water that allows adjustments to be made easily and precisely.

All you do is open the valve, grab a nut and then adjust the gripper on the opposite end.  That xompresses the liquid inside and adjusts the wrench to the desired width.

Once its where you want it, just close the valve and that’s all there is to it. It’s a bit of an argument whether this is much easier than a regular adjustable wrench, but this is just so much cooler. For the tool fanatic with everything.

Head over to Think Geek to grab this for $24.99.
