Book In A Pocket: The Cybook Opus

bookeen-cybook-opusNow that the Amazon Kindle 2 is out, there’s starting to be a rush of competitors on the scene of e-book readers that are slick and meant to replace books. One of those is the Cybook Opus Pocket eBook Reader, and it looks pretty good.

It’s small enough to fit in your pocket and has built in PDF support as well. It’s super light too, weighing at just 5.3-ounces.T

The Cybook Opus from Bookeen provides a great resolution of 200dpi with a 6-inch display, and 1GB memory to store PDF, text documents and more. Access is given to a catalog of 150,000 books as well, so it’ll keep you busy quite awhile.

Ship dates and price wasn’t disclosed at this point, but a lower price point and higher portability might make this pretty hot when its released.
