A Very “Cool” Gadget: Oregon Scientific Eco Clima Control Weather Station

This is one of those gadgets you don’t appreciate until you use it every day; it tells you the current weather and forecast, and temperature for up to 4 different rooms in your home at the same time. This gadget is mighty slick and easy to read.

For within the home it gives both temperature and humidity for up to 4 different rooms at once.  It also has an LED backlight and a mold alert alarm too, to let you know about hazardous mold conditions.

In addition to that it’ll give the temperature + humidity of up to three remote locations as well, so you’ll know exactly what the weather is like no matter where you want to go, so it could tell you the temp at your job or your kid’s school or other such place.

The more interesting part: It’s solar powered, so it needs no power to run, so its earth friendly too. It retails for $119, and is one of the cooler devices we’ve seen recently.
