It’s Fun To Be Framed (Part 2): The Exemode 2-in1 Photo Frame/Scanner

Exemode comes back to the photo frame market by releasing the Yashica DVF828. It is actually a digital photo frame that comes with a built-in scanner. The gadget comes jam packed with an 8-inch (800×600) display screen with a 1GB of internal memory, a memory card slot for storage expansion, and a USB port. The scanner can accepts up to 10cm x 15cm pictures at a 1200 × 1800 pixels resolution. Exemode will launch the Yashica DVF828 on October 24th, 2009 for 24,800 Yen ($277). [ITMedia]

$277 ain’t cheap, but hey, who knew that photo frames could have so much utility these days?
