Old Style, New Style: Folderix Flash Drives
Workers (in the old days) used yellow folders to store papers and data, before there were tiny flash drives that could store everything about a person’s life history in the palm of your hand. For those that yearn for the good old days (but don’t want to give up modern conveniences) there’s these cool flash drives, shaped like those old time folders.
They’re actually designed to look like the little yellow folders on a typical Windows PC system, so the storage is literal, in a sense. Great for “style” points in the office too.
There’s even color choices for those who want a little more variety: the aforementioned gold/yellow color, blue and purple too. These drives were designed by gadgeteer Art Lebedev and come with 4GB of data storage.
These will run you $55 a piece, so they aren’t necessarily the cheapest solution around.
