The Power of H2O: The Hydrofill MiniPak Gadget Charger
Occasionally, we like to show off as yet unreleased cool techs from various trade shows, in this case CES. Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies has debuted the Hydrofill MiniPak, and if it succeeds, it could change the way we charge batteries.
It can charge a variety of gadgets via USB port, first of all, always useful, and it works by extracting the hydrogen from water and storing it in special cartridges, which are then moved inside the Hydrofill MiniPak. It’s eco-friendly, low-impact and uses water to charge batteries rather than electricity, something eco-fanatics should be quite thrilled by, indeed.
No precise pricing or availability info has been released at this time, but the company expects it to be released around the end of the year or so.
