It comes with 2GB of memory (standard these days) which is usually up to 500 songs or so. It’s USB powered and can play for up to 8 hours on a charge, which is also decent as well. It comes with the standard 3.5mm headphone jack, so you can plug in nearly any earphones you wish.

There were always rumors of this device being created, but nothing concrete ever surfaced…until now. Now a company has emerged to release the MP3 player to the public, probably by February or so.

It accepts microSD memory cards, and in an odd omission, there will be no LCD screen, the songs will simply play in order from the card. We aren’t sure if some will want a little more control, but this gadget is more about the design than the usefulness apparently.

Would I rush out and purchase one? Maybe, maybe not, but if you have a friend or loved one with a hankering for fancy James-Bondian gadgets, this may be just the thing to grab.

This phone has a built in 1.3MP camera, and it even tells you the time as well.  It also has an FM radio, Bluetooth, an MP3 player and a 1.3″ touchscreen as well, so it’s pretty full featured for a “simple” watch.

You can own it for $137.70 from i-Pmart (it ships from China, so beware higher shipping fees that you may incur).

This one comes in two configs: 2GB of RAM and 4GB.  Then you get 3 color choices: red, green or blue.  It’s slick, attractive and affordable, so that’s a great combination with today’s economy. The 2GB model will run you $26 and the 4GB will cost $29 (yes, a $3 difference is a little odd, but hey, we aren’t complaining).

We love our unique gadgets, and this one qualifies, for certain. Not to mention the price is right.

It’s an MP3 player especially made for a bicycle. The player clips directly to the bar of the bike itself. It probably comes with a headphone jack, but you probably shouldn’t use it unless you’re an experienced biker with good hearing.

It’s going to have 2GB of storage, and be good for 20 hours of playback. No word on pricing or when it will be released, but here’s the story about it.

It has no screen or clip, so it’s sorta the bargain Apple iPod Shuffle in a way, with a cow motif.  It’s portable and for those who love cows, it’s a dream come true. I don’t know who those people would be who would appreciate this design, but there are bound to be some.

Another perk is they do come with a lot of memory (4GB) fairly cheaply, unlike the iPod Shuffle, which isn’t really cheap.  It would be $30 to purchase from Brando right now.

The release date should be in mid-April or so, and prices are set for $39.99 retail (you probably can find it lower at some stores). This is only one of the media players from Samsung to be released soon; this press release details all of them.

The Dolphin TOUCH has a unique curvy touch pad that can work even when underwater, which is pretty amazing in itself. As far as I know, it’s the first touchscreen consumer product that works underwater, but odds are it won’t be the last, now that technology has evolved to that point.

The TOUCH can handle MP3 and WMA files and has 4GB of RAM to work with, along with an FM radio feature for even more listening choices. The player is powered by a built-in 180mAh/3.7V rechargeable battery. It comes with waterproof headphones to round out the package, an impressive one indeed.

The gadget was just announced, so no details on availability or price. It will probably be initially be available in Japan, and will spread to other shores assuming it is successful.
