The iHat is a great little gadget for any music lover, needless to say. It includes an integrated speaker and you can connect any iPod or compatible MP3 player (which is 98% of them) assuming it has an 3.5mm audio jack.

The iHat sells for $25 each, not bad for a (warm) slice of geek heaven.

The device wraps over your neck, which may be not be comfortable for some people, admittedly.  The “arm” is 9 inches long and is convered in foam, which should improve the comfort factor quite a bit. Still, the design may not be ideal for everyone, based on your “wrap around the neck” tolerance level.
