<p>It&#8217;s the ultimate juxtaposition (look that one up!) of technology: It&#8217;s a Blu-Ray disc player, along with a VHS cassette player.</p>
<p>Why you&#8217;d need both of these is beyond us, but hey, if you do, this is the device for you. You can play all of your existing catalog (assuming for some strange reason you still have them) of VHS tapes, and become spoiled by the clarity of HD 1080p Blu-Ray disc movies at the same time.</p>
<p>It even has a built-in memory card reader so you can read from that as well the other media included; a nice, considerate touch indeed.</p>
<p>The unit will retail for $449 (not cheap) and be available in March &#8216;09 or so.</p>
